Mayor Packer called the meeting to order with the following statement: "Adequate notice of this meeting has been provided by adopting a schedule of meetings for 2024 which was sent to the South Jersey Times and Courier Post on January 10, 2024 and posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building conforming to the directives of the “Open Public Meetings Act”."

- Public Safety- Councilman Getsinger read a letter from Mr. Ron Tomassetti in to record, in support and acknowledgement of the Woodbury Police Department. On File. Councilman Getsinger reviewed the WHFD 2023 yearly report. On File
- Water & Sewer- Councilman Morison reviewed the Public Works water and sewer report and the utilities clerk report. On File
- Streets & Roads- In the absence of Councilman Pye, Mayor Packer reviewed the Streets & Roads report and gave thanks to the Public works Department for their diligence during the recent storms.
- Finance- Councilwoman Witasick reviewed the Finance Report and Mayor and Council wished Vikki Holmstrom luck and a speedy recovery from her upcoming medical procedure.
- Recreation- Councilman Aregood discussed past and upcoming community events such as Book Club, Yoga Thursdays, & the House Decorating Contest
- Property- Councilman Gambale reviewed the property maintenance and code enforcement reports for November & December. On File
