      1. MOTION: To approve the CCMLS BOD report as prepared.

      2. MOTION: To approve a data share through RPR

        CCIMLS Bylaws require any data shares with non-subsidiary MLSs to be approved by the CCIAOR Board of Directors. CCIMLS BOD passed a motion at their April 7 meeting to share data through RPR.

      3. MOTION: To approve CCIMLS revised Rules & Regulations

        The CCIMLS bylaws require CCIAOR to review and approve all changes to the CCIMLS Rules and Regulations to ensure compliance with NAR mandatory rules.

A meeting of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS, Inc., Board of Directors was convened by Annie Blatz, President at 10:02 AM on May 5th, 2021 via Video Conference. A quorum was present, and the following actions were taken. 

Approval of Minutes

MOTION: To approve the March 10th, 2021 Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, Inc. Board of Directors meeting minutes.

Made by L. Clements, seconded and carried to approve the minutes from the March 10th, 2021 CCIAOR Board of Director meeting. 

Financials 

Wolf & Company presentation of 2020 Annual Review and Financial Statements 

Cecilia Freotte and Virgina Rubega from Wolf and Company presented the 2020 Annual Reivew and Finanical Statements and discussed the purpose and scope of a reivew and their role as CCIAOR's outside accounting firm. 

MOTION: Made by L. Clements, seconded and carried to accept the 2020 Annual Review and Financial Statements as presented.
