1. Call to Order

   A joint meeting of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of  REALTORS®, Inc., and the Cape Cod & Islands, Multiple Listing Service, Inc., Board of Directors was convened by Greg Kiely, President on February 12th, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® Conference Center.  A quorum was present, and the following actions were taken
