A special meeting of the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service, Inc., Board of Directors was convened by Greg Kiely, President at 11:20 AM on December 10th, 2020 via Video Conference. A quorum was present, and the following actions were taken.
Absent: D. Mason, C. Marek
Staff: R. Castle, M. Cyr, M. Stirling
MLS Statuses
1. MOTION: To accept the recommendation from the MLS Advisory Group to update MLS statuses as follows: Active, Active with Kick Out (Home Sale, Probate, Third Party Approval), Under Contract/Continue to Show, Pending
  
  MOTION: Made by A. Blatz, seconded and carried to amend the status "Under Contract/Continue to Show" to "Pending/Continue to Show" and to set an implementation date of no sooner than February 15th. P. Nye abstained.
  
  MOTION: Made by A. Blatz, seconded and carried as to accept the motion as amended.
