        MOTION: To approve Carl Begin from Bristol Wealth Group as the Association’s Investment Advisor as recommended by the Finance Committee.

        MOTION: To approve the formation of an Investment Subcommittee and to appoint the following members of the Finance Committee:  Peggy Nye, Pete Fasano and Doug Azarian.
