A meeting of the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service Inc. Board of Directors was convened by Emily Clark, President at 10:04 AM on June 1st, 2022. A quorum was present and the following actions were taken.

Policy

Temp Off Market Policy

MOTION: To approve the recommendation of the MLS Advisory group to no longer allow showings in the Temp. Off Market status and to update the definition as follows: Property is being taken off the market temporarily and can no longer be shown, though a valid listing agreement still exists. Status Change in the MLS should be made within twenty-four (24) hours of signed withdrawal agreement. MOTION FAILED

Lead Paint Disclosure

Non-Member Listings from Participating Brokerages

MOTION: Made by Annie Blatz, seconded and carried to charge a $30 fee for the entry of listings by MLS staff for non-member office accounts.
