    In light of Covid-19, several brokers have commented that they need an electronic deposit system as that has been the biggest hurdle to running a virtual operations. Annie Blatz and staff have looked into some options. Annie is going to lead a working group of brokers to look into options and report back to the board with recommendations. Danielle Smith will staff the working group.
  2. RPAC Major Investor Event on August 6th with Vince Malta
    
    CCIAOR is hosting a Virtual RPAC Major Investor Event on Thursday, August 6th at 5 PM with special guest speaker Vince Malta, 2020 President of the National Association of REALTORS®.

    As we have discussed with our members about them getting them, CCIAOR also received a demand letter about website accessibility. We have fixed the search boxes and the social media icons. Our counsel is preparing a response and we have been in touch with Chubb, who is our insurance provider through NAR.
