  1. The Annual Meeting of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS, Inc. was called to order by President, Annie Blatz, on November 3rd, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the CCIAOR Offices. A quorum was present, and the following actions were taken.

MOTION: To approve the minutes of the December 2nd, 2020 Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® Annual Meeting.

MOTION: Made by L. Clements, seconded and carried to approve the minutes of the December 2nd, 2020 Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® Annual Meeting.

CCIAOR Board of Directors Election

Chairperson of the Leadership Development Committee will cast the sole, uncontested vote for the new members of the 2022 CCIAOR Board of Directors:

President-Elect (2022) - Richard Waystack

Treasurer (2022) - Margaret (Peggy) Nye

Lower Cape Director (2022-2024) - Sharon Mabile

At Large Director (2022-2024) - Beverly Comeau

Nantucket County Director (2022-2024) - Stephen Maury 

G. Kiely cast the sole uncontested vote for the new members of the 2022 CCIAOR Board of Directors.
