Note; Whenever threatened with litigation over only allowing REALTOR participants, NAR has a prescribed set of actions MLS staff should take:- Explain why the policy is in place
- Inform the brokerage they can appeal to the MLS Board

We only had 97 responses despite our outreach. Our Association annual survey in the fall had a lot more. However, there are some good takeaways especially in the comments of suggested improvements that we will work on.

Contract for FlexMLS ends March 6, 2022.To switch vendors, we would need to give notice by December 5, 2021 or it automatically renews year to year.
Board to Make One of the Following Decisions in 1st Quarter of this year:
- Allow year to year renewal to kick-in
- Negotiate renewal
- Evaluate other options or offering multiple options

A meeting of the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service Inc. Board of Directors was convened by Emily Clark, President at 10:02 AM on February 10th, 2021 via Video Conference. A quorum was present, and the following actions were taken.

Mandatory Listing Submission
MOTION: Made by G. Kiely, seconded and carried to require Participants in the MLS to enter all listings affiliated with their firm that are located within the mandatory listing area to CCIMLS. If the listing agent is not a member of CCIMLS, the Participant will list "non-member" as the listing agent.
Staff will look at areas of existing policy that needs to be updated related to this motion and will present to the Board at a future meeting.
