NOTICE OF THE WORK SESSION

OF THE

COCONINO COMMUNITY COLLEGE

DISTRICT GOVERNING BOARD

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the District Governing Board members and public that the Coconino Community College District Governing Board will hold a work session open to the public on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 4:00 pm.

 

Due to the current coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic, the District Governing Board will be holding regularly scheduled meetings by interactive videoconferencing.

 

The public will be able to watch the meetings live and participate in public comment at:

Notices:

District Governing Board members may attend meetings “in person or by technological devices” pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431(4)(a).  

The public is invited to check for addenda which may be posted up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.  Anyone needing reasonable accommodations (due to a disability) to attend this event or materials published in an alternate format, may contact the Office of the President at (928) 226-4217 or president@coconino.edu at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.

 

The District Governing Board may vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (a) (3) for discussion or consultation for legal advice with its attorney. The College’s attorney may appear in person or by technological devices.
