Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the El Paso County Housing Authority (EPCHA) will be conducted via Zoom video conference and telephone participation held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. EPCHA is adhering to the temporary suspension of Open Meetings Laws due to emergency issued by the Texas Governor temporarily suspending specified provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act to allow telephonic or videoconference meetings to avoid congregate settings in physical locations.

The Agenda is as follows:
During the course of this meeting the Board of Commissioners may determine that a closed meeting of the Board of Commissioners is required, to discuss the items set forth below. Such closed meeting is authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq. The Closed meeting will be held by the Board of Commissioners of the El Paso County Housing Authority at the date, hour and place indicated in this Notice/Agenda or as soon after the commencement of the meeting covered by this Notice/Agenda as the Board of Commissioners may conveniently meet in such closed or executive meeting or session concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including, but not limited to, the sections and purposes covered by the following sections of the Texas Government Code: 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.076, 551.082, 551.083, 551.084. Should any final action, decision, or vote be required with regard to any matter considered in closed session, the final action, decision or vote shall be in the open meeting, or at a subsequent public meeting, with notice.

All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine in nature and will be approved by one blanket motion.
