If Eckerd staff can be trained to help with UI calls. State says WP staff will be the ones to handle those calls. If stance, our RESEA staff can only do their job which has been suspended until May. RESEA can answer phones and help some, but when UI staff come in they will be non-useful but paying them to stay will go against funding guidelines.
Kim: How long does it take to train staff to handle UI? Unknown but good question for Gina Ashley. Can we pay them from PPP? Eckerd is only RESEA staff so they can apply for that.
JAG is reporting through a daily calendar for funding report out.
Frank: How much money is weekly to pay for RESEA staff?
State does not want you to furlough the RESEA staff.
