Mr. Coe called the meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.

Welcome

Mr. Coe welcomed everyone and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Director of Ed Services and Innovation Report

Mr. Howell presented his report to the Board

*Salida enrollment is stable , Modesto enrollment down a bit, Homeschool exceeding numbers
*CSDC Conference in Anaheim in November.  Chronic truancy, need to pay closer attention, working to build a practice to keep an eye on those students.  
*Salida Jog A Thon raised $73,000.  Goal was $40,000.  Frield trips, kinder playground and other projects.
*Modesto Pajama Drive has kicked off
*Homeschool has been doing in person benchmark assesments for TK-1 and curricular assessments for Trimester 1 reporting for grades 2-8

Chief Operating Officer's Report

Mrs. Meeks presented her report to the Board

*CSDC Conference in Anaheim- Finance update/projections presentation very helpful as well as legal updates.
*Official new outerwear in the uniform store and we are prepping an onsite sale in December.
*November 12th social media announcement "Best of Modesto"
*Big TK Announcement this week on social media

Superintendent/CEO's Report

Mr. Anderson presented his report to the Board

*Meeting with Public Works re: Salida parking lot on Thursday 12/7
*CSDC- Renewal/Revision of Charters (attended a few sessions), presentation coming
