If you would like to submit a comment, please email publiccomment@greatvalleyacademy.com at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled Board Meeting. 

Non-agenda items: no individual presentation shall be for more than three (3) minutes and the total time for this purpose shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes.  Ordinarily, board members will not respond to presentations and no action can be taken.  However, the board may give direction to staff following a presentation.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and upon request, Great Valley Academy ("GVA") may furnish reasonable auxiliary aids and services to qualified individuals with disabilities.  Individuals who require appropriate alternative modification of the agenda in order to participate in Board meetings are invited to contact the GVA main office in person or by calling 209-576-2283.

Julissa and Jeremy were both at 50's BBQ working in the cafe.  Mr. Coe participated in Salida Principal interview and also attended collaborative coffee.

Mrs. Meeks presented the monthly financials to the Board.

Parking lot update

Ms. Silvestre Franklin presented a slideshow update on the Salida parking log build.

Board Requests

Mr. Coe attended the Salida MAC meeting.  Julissa asked about active shooter training on our campuses.  The schedule of our various upcoming and past drills were discussed.

The meeting was adjourned at  6:45 pm and moved into Closed Session.
