Colleen Kenney called to order at 8:00 am.

Approval of Lease

Janine Shopp made a motion for board approval of the lease between University RS, LLC c/o The Becker Organization, as agent (the "Landlord") and The Hope Academy, Inc. (the "Tenant"). Amy Levander seconded.

The board voted to approve the motion.
