  7. Special Order of Business for SHARE Consortium

    NOTE: The directors or designated proxies of the Kenosha Public Library and Kenosha Community Library may vote on any motions occurring during this special order of business.

    1. SHARE Budget Updates (Possible Action)
      • ReciteMe - Pricing has been added to Coop Budget
      • LibraryAware  - Trial access will begin on May 7th and conclude on or about June 4th. Placeholder pricing has been added to the Coop Budget based on what Bridges pays.
      • Blackstone Unlimited - Demo at today's meeting, pricing added to Coop Budget.
      • Kanopy - Recommend individual subscriptions through WiLS.
      • Koios - PLLS staff attended a demo with Koios principles on 4/25. We think we can achieve most of what Koios sells as a service through internal development.

    2. Use of National Change of Address Database Information in SirsiDynix Symphony (Possible Action)

      Jim Novy will present recommendations from the Circulation Interest Group regarding automatic address updates in the Sirsi system. Action by the LAC+2 is requested.
